Lubas provides a comprehensive service of renovation of drums used in stone cutting machines.
The service involves removing the old coating and then applying a new one made of an L-PUR polyurethane elastomer intended for this purpose.
The applied polyurethane elastomer has high abrasion resistance properties, so it is ideal for these types of products.
The last renovation step involves the precise machining of the surface to match the grooves according to the customer’s technical specification.

List of operations:
- drum visual inspection and expert opinion (if necessary),
- removal of the worn-out coating,
- preparation of the steel/aluminium drum surface,
- application of the L-PUR polyurethane elastomer,
- machining in accordance with the design,
- balancing of the finished product.
